What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. For embroidery, the minimum is 12 pieces. This allows us to set up our equipment efficiently and provide you with the best possible value.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is typically 7-10 business days from the time you approve your final artwork and quote. Rush services are available for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on several factors: 1) The type and brand of garment chosen, 2) The total quantity of items, 3) The number of colors in your design (for screen printing), and 4) The number of print locations.

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality print, please provide your artwork in the following formats:

  • Vector Files (Preferred) Adobe Illustrator (.ai), .eps, or .pdf. Scales without quality loss.
  • High-Res Raster .psd or .png files at 300 DPI or higher.
  • Convert Fonts Convert all text to outlines/curves.
